Frequently Asked Questions
What is difference between backform and back huggar.
You will tend to find that the back huggar is a more rigid back support that provides greater support while the back form is a gentler less noticeable support most suited for smaller frames and more senior users. Hope you find this information helpful.
What is the difference between back huggar and back form back supports?
You will find the back form to be a gentler and less noticeable support device. Being convex in shape it is less imposing and easier to get used to it looking for a minimal support. The back huggar is a firmer more prominent back support device. It is quite rigid in its shape and the better option if you are really looking for a support to dramatically improve and impact your posture.

Which cover should I get. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each please?
I would always recommend the dura fab cover (which is a the suede) style unless waterproofing is required for some reason. the sterri (waterproof cover) can be a little sweaty but is very easy to wipedown and keep clean if different required.
may i know the difference between back hugger and back form chair cushion?
Hi Wang, The difference between the two is that the back huggar is convex so it gives a more rigid support back support while the back form is concave so it gives a less obtrusive support for your back. The back huggar is the more popular of the two back supports but both receive very good reviews. Warm regards, BRett.
What is the advantage of Stern-Plus compared to Durafab please
I only recommend the sterri plus if you require a waterproof product or if product is being shared by a lot of different users. It is slightly easier to clean. In all other cases i would recommend the durafab version of the products as that is more comfortable in my opinion. Warm regards, Brett. 03 8585 6685

Hi, I'm a workplace rehabilitation consultant and I work based on a referral from an insurance company. Due to this I was wondering this item with the Dura- Fab fabric could purchased through the insurance scheme. For this to occur I would need to receive an invoice for the total amount including the delivery fee to Eastwood NSW. Following this I would need the insurer to confirm the purchase. Providing its approved, this company would be required to send the invoice to the insurer for payment.
