I've spent an hour on your website trying to go to checkout to purchase the Foot Reliever. Every time I try I'm told the page cannot open. Please look into this for me. I've left it in my basket.
I am sincerely sorry about the wait and late reply in getting back to you. I can see your order went through today so will check if there was a gliche in the system yesterday around that time . Once again apologies for you inconvenience. Warm regards, Brett Parnham 03 8585 6685
Hi, my elderly Dad suffers from swollen ankles. He is not very mobile. Could you please recommend a cushion to help him elevate his legs? He finds it difficult to lie on this back for long periods of time (he gets a sore back). Thanks a lot!
Hi Sharon, the leg relaxer is more comfortable with the heels resting on the cushion, rather than hanging over the edge. Please feel free to call us if you have any more questions. Kind regards, Anmaree. 03 8585 6685

I'm having ankle fusion, I'm told my legs will need to be elevated. Which pillow best for me the foot reliever of leg relaxer. Apparently my lower leg will be in a cast for 2 weeks after the surgery. Thanks you.
Hi Karen, I would ask your surgeon for their opinion. The leg relaxer is longer (71 vs 56 cms), otherwise dimensions are the same.Your heels rest on the leg relaxer and they will hang over the foot reliever. Any further questions, please call .Best of luck. Kind regards, Anmaree 03 8585 6685
Which is the best pillow for foot surgery for elevation of both feet and something with a cover which can be washed and changed.
Hi, Can you call us and let us know where you will be having foot surgery as it will depend on whether the foot relaxer or leg relaxer will be best for you. Both come with removeable cotton covers. Warm regards, Brett Parnham 03 8585 6685
Hi do you have anything suitable for relieving pressure on the side of the foot? this person is only able to lie on their side due to pacemaker insertion.
The single heel wedge may be an option. Most welcome to call if you have further queries. Kind regards Anmaree 03 8585 6685
What is the difference between Foot Reliever and Leg Relaxer?
The difference is simplyl the foot reliever is shorter in length - other than that everything else is the same. The reason for this is to allow the feet to hang over the edge of the product and therefore not have any contact that could aggravate parts of the feet. Warm regards, Brett 03 8585 6685

Hi there, I am trying to find out if this would still be comfortable when sleeping on your side. My Father has a problem with the back of his heels, He needs to have them raised off the mattress to prevent bed sores. There is also the leg relaxer that could be suitable. From a Paul Parr.
Hi Paul, I think best to give us a call so i can explain best over the phone. Warm regards, Brett Parnham 03 8585 6685
What is the difference between a leg relaxer and a foot reliever. Would either do both things?
Hi, Yes, both these products have similar purpose. The difference is that the foot reliever is shorter in length designed for the feet to hang over as illustrated online. Or it will be suitable for a person with shorter height to be used like a leg relaxer. Warm Regards, Cristina

What is the difference between the Foot Reliever and Leg Relaxer. I am looking for a support to place under my knees at night time
Hi Nicola, I think you should go for the leg relaxer for support under the knees. The foot reliever is the same product but with the end shortened to allow your feet to sit in the air. I think having leg relaxer will give better overall support and more comfort for you knees. Happy to chat further on 03 8585 6685 if you requre. Warm regards, Brett. Warm regards, Brett. 03 8585 6685
Is the foot reliever designed to sit one or two legs
Hi Geoff, this is influenced by the person's build but I believe most should be able to rest both legs on the foot reliever. Kind regards Anmaree
