Service Rating : The service was good. At Healthspace in Rozelle a physiotherapist recommended the Complete Sleeprrr Pillow. I am definitely sleeping better and wake up with less neck pain than before

The quality is of a high standard and they are so comfortable. The whole online experience was easy and delivery was within the timeline given. Great products and great service. I have 2 therapeutic pillows and find them excellent. I've taken all the insides out and am just using the outside foam. They are easy to pack into a suitcase and I take a full-sized one with me when I travel.

Products delivered in a clear plastic bag with a sticker with address on for everyone in office to see what I had bought. Never ever have I seen this done before a bit of brown paper costs very little when I oaid $35.00 for delivery

They sent the wrong sized pillow and they haven't offered me a means of exchanging it. Instead they asked me to take photos of it and email them, which I did and I am still waiting for an exchange procedure. There is no return or exchange policy sent with the tax invoice or package.

Product : This filled up the pillow-slip so tight that its quite hard to get the outer slip onto the pillow and there is no space for the pillow to have a flexible shape.

Product : I have to rate this as poor as it is way too expensive for what it is. On the up side it fits the pillow well and will protect it, however i wouldn't purchase one for each of the pillows we have due to the cost involved.
