Service rating : Wonderful service, thank you. I wasn't loving the 100% cotton pillow slip so they offered to send out the new one I purchased with free postage. Been a pleasure to deal with. Love my pregnancy pillow :)

Product : Love my pregnancy pillow. I can curl up in differnet positions to support my back, I have also been loving the 2 extra support pads I got free with the pillow.

Service rating : It was quick and efficient. However, the couriers tracking service did not register that the pillow was on the way, until it had been delivered. This made the experience quite stressful, as I was not sure if my order was still coming.

Product : The pillow is supportive, thick and well made. I am especially impressed that the cover can be removed and washed. This greatly extends the life of the pillow. I have previously thrown away a different pregnancy pillow, as it became dirty and the cover could not be removed and washed.
