Service Rating : Easy to use website, order and delivery went well, product as ordered.
Product : Pillow cover made of thin material, doesn’t help match and disguise its shape to blend in with other pillow and cover. Would like thicker quality material with a choice of colours . White is the only option.
I’d like a cover like the one that came with the pillow except without the pattern and in different colours. The zip feature makes it stay neatly on the pillow.

Service Rating : I was very satisfied with the customer service I received.
I was not happy with the quality of the pillow covers I originally received.
Brett advised I must have received old stock and said he would send new stock as replacement. The new order was sent by courier and arrived the next day.
Excellent Customer Service. Thank you.
Product : I find the quality ok, but think it could be improved a little.

Service Rating : we have had our pillows for a very long time and they continue to hold up very well. We have tried some others over the years but always come back to the good old tranquillow. The online service has always been prompt and efficient. This last time, when I thought the slips ordered were not right, the service was fantastic. The lady on the switch board checked with 'the girls in the back room' and the problem was quickly sorted. Bouquets to them all!
Product : It's fine now I have the trick for putting it on the pillow. It works well. Is a bit tricky to iron though with gussets at each end.

Product : A bit more colour&/or materials choice for the larger (higher pillows) wouldn't go astray. Limited to white virtually see through cotton at the moment, may end up making our own to suit.

Service Rating : I love the range of products that you have and you are the only ones that stock the pillow that I can sleep on. If anyone is wanting a new pillow I tell them to check our your website first.
Product : It's great having the extra pillow slip, as I can just take it off and wash it. Originally I did not purchase on of these and it was very hard to get the slip off and on the foam, so having the extra one works great.

Product : The pillow is fabulous but the pillow case is far too large (even though I followed the recommendation on your website) and the quality of the fabric of the pilloe case is very, very disappointing, it is thin and cheap.
