I had placed a large order online, and found the Steri-plus cover on the bed wedge to not suit my hubby's needs as well as the quilted cover might have. I called and explained, and instead of charging me for an additional order of a quilted cover, I was sent one for free as a replacement to the Steri-plus cover. THAT is true quality--and most generous and compassionate--service! Thank you so much!!
Product : It's a quality product, but a bit slippery on the outside of the bed wedge. I actually found it works best to put this directly over the foam bed wedge, and then put the quilted bed wedge cover on. The overslip lets the foam wedge slide easily into the quilted cover, and my hubby doesn't slide down the wedge when the quilted cover is against his back.

Service Rating : I ordered on-line. Pillow arrived in good condition, well packaged and in good time.
Product : It helps a lot with reducung gastric reflux at night and is very comfortable. It is a better solution than raising up the head of the bed, as my wife can continue sleeping flat.

Product : I would suggest including some form of instructions for using the overslip as initially I though the overslip did not fit the bed wedge. I had to come in to your warehouse to be shown how to place it over the bed wedge.

Service Rating : I have swallowing problems because of a brain injury. For two years I struggled to sleep without intense pain in my neck/swallowing. I wish I got this pillow ages ago - I have been sleeping pain free and almost feel human again! That is priceless.

Service Rating : I was given a wrong tracking number until I had to find out from the courier company that the number referenced had already been delivered to another address. So, I had to call Therapeutic and chase up my item. I then found it was supposed to have been delivered by the Post Office, who never left a card. So, I had to go and pick it up and received a reminder the next day. Confused, late, inconvenient and not exactly well priced. I'd say that's poor service compared to other online sellers.
Product : It fits but polyester content makes it hotter than pure cotton, unfortunately.
