Service Rating : Excellent service and advice over the phone, and also willingness to make special arrangements. My order was dispatched quickly but there was a delay in delivery/tracking due to the fires. When I called the shop about it, they were very calm and offered to make a special arrangement to deliver another one to me urgently but luckily the tracking details came through and I received the original package just in time. The complete travel pillow was excellent and was a life saver allowing for a pain free trip.

Product : It was great to have a spare cotton slip for my pillow on my travels as we couldn't do the laundry often and it look a long time to dry so it was handy to have a spare.
