Product : I bought the Lupin because it's supposed to be a lot lighter than the wheat. it was a bit lighter, but does not seem to hold its heat very well. I have to heat with my microwave for over 2.5 minutes to get any heat into it, then I hear popping sounds, which I presume is the Lupin popping and it smells like popcorn. So its okay, but I am up and down to the microwave to keep reheating it as it doesnt hold the heat for very long. I like the shape though.

Thanks for sending my pillow so quickly. I did receive someone else's satin pillow covers by mistake that I opened as it was addressed to me. I have since forwarded these on to the recipients address as marked on the invoice.
