A fantastic life-changing product that I highly recommend. I purchased the back support pillow and also the cushion for seating and although costly they are worth every cent (in fact I'd pay more). They have transformed my computer chair and now I can sit in total comfort and remain pain free no matter how long I need to sit.

Service Rating : This company was extremely prompt for getting our order delivered within a few days.
Product : This Lumbar support is very good and supportive but I have made some elastic circles to go around both top and bottom so that it doesn't move on the car seat. It is fairly wide at the bottom and doesn't allow enough room with the car seat right back as far as it will go, to get in under the steering wheel. We are finding it very comfortable and getting used to it.

Product : I purchased this for my office chair. My only negative is there are no straps or ties to secure it to your chair, so i have used ribbon to ensure it doesn't fall off each time I get off my chair. The cushion is the perfect fit for my office chair. I certainly wouldn't want it any bigger.

Would be nice if it came with a strap to secure to the chair to avoid movement.
Second comment is that it came with a very strong chemical smell that required several days of airing out to overcome.

Service Rating : I have been using the pillow for months since having spinal surgery and have found it very supportive while driving. Have now purchased one for my husband as he has hurt his back too. Great service - arrived within 2 days of ordering!
